For Lluís Porqueras, designing consisted of eliminating the superfluous until leaving an essential object: beautiful, useful and simple. He did so with the Funiculí, a lamp from 1979 that Marset reissued in 2013 and that has become an emblem of the collection.
It is lightweight, takes up almost no place and can function as an ambient lamp or as a direct light lamp, it all depends on how your lighting is directed. Its designer released the screen to give it maximum mobility, it can be oriented up to 360 degrees and focus the light where you want and also has a double clamp system that allows you to vary the height of the diffuser, raise and lower it. For the Funiculí, 40 years are nothing, it has known how to stand the test of time.
