Pleat Box was born after digitally designing the fall of the textile fold and applying it to ceramics. Thus, one of Marset's most handmade designs surprisingly has its origin in the digital field.
Ceramic is a ductile, moldable material in which there is room to intervene and make each product unique. Fusing clay with different enamels allows Xavier Mañosa to discover and interpret new light effects. So much so that if the interior is bright white enameled, it generates flashes that enrich the light, and if it is bathed in 24-carat gold, it emits an extraordinarily warm light.
